3M Flange Adapter #5, is a Telescoping Plastic - wheel adapter with a width of 1" and reducing 1" center hole of wheel to fit diameter sizes > 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" or 7/8" shafts.
Used on many wheel types with a 1" center hole. Must be used with side supports.
Use this bushing with a set of flat or cupped washers 1/3 the diameter of the wheel for side support
