The head is TRUE TO LIFE SIZE at 22" and it's perfect for HATS and FASCINATORS. Most Mannequin heads are NOT TRUE TO SIZE so that when you try to display a hat it will almost always be too big, even small and children's hats won't fit a regular mannequin head.  But this mannequin head fills up the hat just like a human would at 22" which is a small to medium size HUMAN HEAD.

VINTAGE HAT IS PURPLE BEAVER FLOPPY BRIM STYLE WITH A DETACHABLE COQUE GOOSE  FEATHER PIN.  HAT BRAND IS "CORALIE" made in AUSTRIA. HAT IS IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION FOR ITS AGE.  NO ISSUES THAT I CAN SEE. BEAVER FELT IS VERY EXPENSIVE!
Hat can be worn with or without the feather pin because the hat is completely finished with a grosgrain ribbon and bow, so if feathers aren't your thing then it will still look FABULOUS! Perfect for all those festivals when they start happening again.
