This stomper is industrial grade and made of solid nylon to pass all health department certifications.  Works on commercial meat grinders by Biro, Hobart, Butcher Boy, LEM, Univex and most others.  If your grinder has the protection cage on the meat pan then this is the stomper that you will need.
