meat tenderizer attachment for hobart meat grinder motors and commercial bakery mixers.  Used to convert your mixer or meat grinder motor into a meat tenderizer.  Stainless steel cost more than cast iron but is food grade material for restaurant use and is also rust free.  No lubrication maintenance required.  Mounts on the front power drive on most commercial grade mixers.  Hobart a120 a200 a200t d300 h660 h600, 4212, 4412, 4812, 84184 etc.
Also fits all size #12 meat grinder power drives from Hobart, Biro, Berkel, Uniworld, Univex, Alfa and others.  4212, 4312, 4512, 4612, 4812, 84185, 84184, a200, d330, h600, h660.  Made of stainless steel.
Easy clean up and no rust!
A compatible attachment part for most heavy floor mixers or meat grinders.  This is the #12 size that has a 1/2" square drive.  This is a complete set up.  It is ready to mount and use.  Requires a #12 hub to hook up to, which most 12 - 60 quart mixers have.
This stainless steel attachment has a drop tube that is 1" x 7".  Will easily tenderize up to 1-lb steaks and smaller.  Rotating combs allow the meat to slide quickly through the tenderizer and drop below.  Easy to breakdown and clean. Stainless steel is health dept. preferred and dishwasher safe.
