Description
A nice early paper label Cocoa Tin picturing a lion on the front and the back. This is a 1/2 pound can of "Breakfast Cocoa" from the "Rockwood & Co. of New York, circa 1900. The top is original These early paper labels, that are not all rust stained, are hard to find. This tin will look great on the kitchen shelf along with you other early food tins. You won't find a tin this nice in your corner antique store anymore.Size: 3 1/4" wide by 2 1/8" deep by 4 1/4" tall.
Condition: The paper label around the body of the tin is complete, however it has some spotting. Almost all of the label around the edge of the lid is missing. The red printing is a little faded.
