    Description

    This is a neat little tin novelty give away I found in an SF. antique shop 30 years ago. It is about 5” and very colorful. Originally it had a string through the little holes and could be wound and twirled. It is marked Whitehead and Hoag NJ. A neat item to be sure and very old.
